    On October 29th went online to make a order for a washier and dyer set from RAC.com. On Monday Oct 30 a employee name Ryan called to finish my order for the store 8646 Liberty RD Randallstown MD 21133-4478. I explain that I already did my order online and provide my agreement number. He then say that my order may not be delivered on Wednesday which was the date and time i selected online. Due to this store not having enough drivers. As a customer how is that my problem. I then ask to speak to a manager which was Kirk, who also told me they were in the process of hiring new drivers, again as an customer how is that the customer problem. Then on Oct 31, the store manager Kirk, call because they didnt get a copy of my pay stubs or a bill that has my home address on it. I sent that. Then they call again today Nov 1 asking for the same information that was sent yesterday. This place is unprofessional and unorganized. Today Ryan threaten me by saying I can just cancel the whole order then. For what you have all documents that I provides, but is it because I am a women and questioning you about requiring the same documents multiply times. Ryan needs to be fired, I'm sure he a reason the center is losing customers and orders due to his unprofessional behavior and unprofessional customer services skills. I'm sure after the complaint Kirk will be calling me again apologizing for Ryan behavior again.
