    SUPREME TREE WAS DOING WORK AT MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE AND CAUSED MAJOR DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY. HE AVOIDED MY ATTEMTS TO CONTACT HIM AND TRIED DENYING MY INSURANCE CLAIM AFTER HE PROMISED TO DO WHATEVER WAS NESSISSARY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. HE WAS NOT HIRED BY ME. I'M JUST A VICTOM HERE.

     Yes i did work at his neighbor as stated. I will also admit that some shrubberies on his property was broken. My customer (his neighbor) was the one who source the shrubberies and told him that what happened to the shrubberies is best for them because they needed to be cut so they can grow back. He claim we damaged his stone wall. He claimed it was cemented which was false. No branch fell on the stone wall. Nothing was wrong with it. One shifted and i pushed it back in place. He didn’t gave us no chance to fix anything, he told us not to come back on his property. He claimed the whole length of fence was damaged, the trees only covered three panel of fence and we took them out, took the trees down them replaced them. No damage was done to the fence. I have pictures of all these. He claimed the grass was damaged, the twigs that fell on the grass could not damaged it. No grass will look good in winter. I gave him every information he needed and I responded every time he reached out to me. He gave my customer permission forus to use his property to do the work.

    I’m Micheal ******* of Supreme tree expert i acknowledged the complaint and has responded. I acknowledged working at the address and admitted that the shrubberies was broken, we took the portion of the fence that was directly under the trees out then replace them when the job was done so the fence was not damaged, so the fence was not damaged, the length of fence he place the estimate for was the whole entire fence. The branches that fell on the lawn were not big enough to put any dents in the lawn and they only fell on a limited section on the lawn, so the lawn was not damaged, and he sent estimate for the whole lawn. The stone was stone wall was not cemented in as he stated however he stated it was broken there was one that was shifted I don’t think it was from us but I personally push it back in place. I have pictures
