    I purchased two ******** to innovations totaling 366.40.
    I scheduled an appointment I had to reschedule and did so within the innovations cancel policy and spoke with the owner regarding the matter. The owner rescheduled my appointment. I drove over an hour to receive my treatment when I arrived with my infant daughter sleeping. The owner was extremely condescending and rude cussing in front of my infant and seemed highly agitated and was very very rude. She refused me treatment because my sleeping daughter was there even tho she has no notice of her policy of “no infants” on the ******* or on the confirmation sent by her own establishment. She cited there was a note on the door of her establishment, which I never saw. Regardless how would I know that? I’m a new client and drove over an hour to get there I’ve never seen the door to innovations before. She refused me service and I left. Upon I arriving home I emailed ******* and asked them to facilitate a refund from her since she clearly did not want my business and made me feel very uncomfortable cussing at me and my daughter. She lied to ******* about the experience and refused to give me a refund. When I wrote a review about my experience she lied on the ****** review page and said she would offer a refund and never did! Then she claims all of a sudden that there was a waiver signed which doesn’t exist and refuses to provide documentation of the waiver because i never signed anything or consented to any policy regarding my child not being allowed even tho per her own explanation to ******* she allows children but not infants because she’s not a babysitter. Well my infant can’t get out of her stroller and walk around so I’m not sure what she would be babysitting . My infant had noise canceling headphones and was in NICU so she sleeps just fine thru any noises.

    ******* (Undefined) under the name of her voucher *******. Client scheduled several times and canceled. On her last scheduled day the client called and stated she was running late. She arrived one hour late. Can she schedule for a later time, which I rescheduled for a later time as a courtesy due to other clients coming in. When she arrived she came with a infant in a stroller, I stated to her that unfortunately, I can not have infants in with her while she has her treatment because if her infant begins to cry she would need to stop her session and attend to the infant and she will not get the results she's looking for. I also have a policy posted in my lobby No Children also that states on my consent /waiver no children allowed under the age of 18 years old. If her infant child would begin to cry it could disturb other clients. 

    I mentioned to Ms. ******* she is more than welcome to reschedule her appointment but no children are allowed. The ******** machine that she was scheduled to have  treatment  is very loud and would disturb her infant so it was best not to have the treatment while her child is with her. Her voucher was NEVER redeemed which I have attached documents stating and showing I never redeemed her voucher.

    Client goes on ****** and write another false review under another person name ******** ****** I don't know this person she writing false information.

    Horrible place it’s a scam the owner will arbitrarily make up rules and refuse you service and keep your money!!! When I went to complain to ******* about the situation she LIED about what happened. HORRIBLE AWFUL WOMAN AND ESTABLISHMENT BEWARE SCAMMM!!

    *******'s appointment was scheduled in April. It is now June please have ******* stop harassing me and making false statements about my business. I have great reviews and have worked with her to reschedule which she did not show.
