    I took my vehicle to Pro Care Auto for brake servicing in March 2024. My vehicle 2011 ***** Accord supposedly received new brake pads on both the front and rear, new rotors on the front, and new calibers. I took my vehicle back to Pro Care Auto Tuesday September 17, 2024 because my car was making a lot of noise while driving. The mechanic at ************* is informing me that I again need new brakes on front and back, new rotors, and new calibers. My vehicle has just been serviced for this 6 months ago and has been driven only 4000 miles since last brake service. If these service was completed as reported, there is no reason why my vehicle needs this service and I to quote the mechanic my vehicle is going metal to metal. I asked the mechanic how is this possible, he just said he has to see why? This is unsatisfactory especially when he is estimating another $800 bill for service that should not be needed for at least another ***** miles.

    I would like to cancel my complaint. The matter was cleared up and the matter is resolved.
