    In September 2021, this company installed two ductless heat pumps in my house. In December 2024, a light on one of the units went out and both units started to shut off sporadically, apparently caused by the presumably bad unit tripping the breaker. The units are still under warranty, so I contacted Triple E on December 23rd.Since then, I have received excuse after excuse as to why they havent repaired my unit. At first, *****, their technician (and apparently the only one at the company that handles these types of units) told me they would have the part in a week or two. Several weeks passed by, and I called back. ***** was on vacation, and I would need to speak with him when he got back. I called back the next week, and ***** told me they were still waiting. I called again a week or so later, and was now told the part was on back order and could take up to 8 weeks from the date of the request. I called after 8 weeks had passed since my Dec 23rd warranty claim, and was told to wait yet again. Finally, the part had arrived! ***** scheduled to come and do the repair on March 10th. Toward the end of the day, he contacted me, saying his previous appointments had run late so he would come the next day. The next day, he was late. Then he said he called saying he was late but would be coming. A little later, he called to say he got in an accident, but would still be coming. And finally, at the end of the day, he said he would come the next day. Yet again, he was a no-show. Instead, he sent me a message confirming he would be coming on Wednesday (as is that is what he had told me the day before.) He didnt come the next day either. ***** then called me to say that the manufacturer had told him the replacement part may or may not work. So, instead, he would just get me an entirely new unit to install that week. Since then, he has scheduled appointment after appointment, and then either not showing up without a word, or calling with some excuse.

    They installed the new unit today, so this matter has now been resolved. No further action is necessary.
