    As a Client for a decade it's very disheartening to have to give this kind of feedback. Although I'm well aware that every service based business have certain policies in place, I was given false information when I needed to reschedule an appointment a few times. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST IF THERE WAS A RESCHEDULING FEE. I WAS TOLD NO! I came in today and was charge $200 WITH NO SERVICE RENDERED. Highly disappointed. I then went online on the website and there is no official policy listed. I asked in office to be shown where that policy was. I was told no one is available to speak to me about that and I would be "called back" at a later time. I think this is very poor customer service and I'll be finding another dentist moving forward. $200 with no service is insane as a hard working woman who doesn't have it to just GIVE AWAY because I was given FALSE information when asked MULTIPLE TIMES. I couldn't be more disappointed and will be taking further legal action.
