I moved out in August 2022. I received an email detailing final move out costs on September 14, 2022, totaling approximately $203; the email never said how to pay that additional $203.Since the receipt of that email, I have not received any additional emails, regular mail, or voice mails regarding those additional move out costs; I figured I would receive something additional by mail and could respond by check. Nothing additional has been received.I just found out through a credit monitoring service that the $203 was referred to a collections agency for collections. I have not been contacted by the collections agency either. I would have been more than willing to pay this amount in its entirety, if there had been instructions on how to do so.

    Dispute Resolution Team,

Thank you for reaching out. I would like to take the time to address the complaint filed by ******************************

On September 19th, 2022, an email was sent to ***************************** stating how much was owed and the timeframe in which the payment must be paid. Although there weren't specifics on how to make the payment to The Daley, there were instructions on who to contact if there were any questions. I was the last person ******** spoke with at the Daley on the day her move out inspection was completed (by me) on Saturday, August 20th, 2022 at 11:17 a.m. The keys were handed to me in hand and, I notified her of the steps in the event any payment was needed. This conversation came up because there was concern regarding the crack in her wall from the weight of a shelf that was placed on it.

We only send one final account statement, so there were no additional emails ******** would have received from The Daley regarding this. After further research, myself nor my team received any emails from ******** regarding any attempts to make a payment. There were no voicemails or messages left for me from ********.

******************************* from ********, our collections' agency, notified me that a status of “phone-no contact” which means they haven’t been able to make contact through their phone attempts. They have received a dispute from the credit bureaus as well. I have attached a copy of the initial letter that was sent out back in October from *******'s team so, many attempts have been made.

Please let me know if there are any further questions you may have regarding this matter.

    Best,

    ***************************
