      We bought a 2013 buick enclave from ************************** llc on 10/28/2023. We purchased an extended warranty through wynns extended care in ************************************************************************. The warranty has road side assistance, rental car coverage, and was told it covers pretty much everything repair wise. We took out a $12,114.35 loan from a bank credit acceptance corporation. On Dec 29 2023 we traveled to **** to great wolf lodge for our daughter's birthday and the car broke down on the way. No lights on the dash. No warning. We could not get in contact with the warranty to get road side service. We ended up having to uber with all our kids the hotel and was stranded in ****. Payed our own towing fee to get our car to a shop because we still could not get in contact with warranty for roadside assistance. We got our car to a shop on **** called Colerain Auto Service that mechanic ran us in circles for 3 weeks trying to diagnose the problem. The warranty refused to pay for rental until it was diagnosed. They then told the mechanic he had to tear apart the engine and we had to pay that fee. Mechanic quoted us like $4000 to take the engine apart. So we moved the car to a different shop closer to home in *******. Again had to pay put of pocket for the tow and we have been paying out of pocket for our rental for 3 weeks. The shop it's at now is Auto-Lab ***************** Centers The guy was really understanding of our position and told us he has actually seen alot of cars from this dealer come in with major issues. He contacted our warranty and had it diagnosed within a week. Warranty again wanted him to take apart the engine.He took the engine apart and waited almost 2 weeks for warranty to send someone out and they never did. He was losing business and finally had to remove our car from shop for other work. The warranty is running us in circles and we have been paying our own rental for almost 2 months and they are still not covering our car fixes.

      ************ initiated two claims regarding the failures to the Vehicle.  The first one was closed without any progress because ************ removed the Vehicle from the repair facility.  The second claim was opened and Wynn's advised of the necessary diagnosis procedures, which includes ************ approving the necessary diagnosis of the Vehicle.  The repair facility did not proceed with the claim and stated that they would not be proceeding with diagnosis or the claim.  Wynn's cannot assist on the claim unless the necessary diagnosis steps are followed as per the terms of the Contract.  Wynn's looks forward to assisting ************ regarding his Contract as the claim proceeds.
