The package arrived with all the ice packs melted and the container holding the pills was not cold in any way whatsoever. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to issue a refund or exchange and told me that it was normal for the ice packs to be melted. Inside the box they have a small paper temperature detector with a "red dot" that will appear if the box experienced any extreme heat during transit. Because the dot was not red, they refused the exchange.I took this paper temperature and put in in a small box and set it outside under the California sun all day. At the end of the day the dot was still white. This isn't some genius technological invention, it's a marketing piece meant to make you feel better about your product having endured excessive heat during transit and an excuse to not issue a refund. Also, if you were referred to this company by *******, like I was, you should know that as soon as you place your order a survey comes up asking where you heard about them. Chatgpt specifically is on that list. I'm guessing they've figured out the algorithm to get themselves recommended on here. Chatgpt recommending them is less validation of their legitimacy and more a reflection of excellent coding on their part. Coincidentally, I've discovered since this purchase that the company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, which makes sense now.A company with poor customer service and a refusal to guarantee their product is generally a reflection of the quality of the company in my experience. I won't be feeding this to my dog as I'm not sure what the heat may have done to the bacteria. I'll throw it away and take the $70 loss and warn all of you instead so hopefully you won't experience the same thing.
