The serviceman, Kyle, was ahead of his scheduled time. He quickly began working on the fireplace after his inspection. Kyle explained exactly what was needed to correct the problem. He worked and completed the job efficiently and explained what to do to have the fireplace continue to work with precision. I am thankful for the service and will not hesitate to call upon Sweep Your Chimney to inspect and service my fireplace.
