      Company made false statements and lied about pertinent information regarding an account that they are collection agency on. Emailed defamatory statements and attempted to place blame elsewhere.

        Through your phone calls and emails to our agency we asked that you provide details of the information you determined to be wrong or incorrect.  We have addressed the issues with you both in writing and verbally.

         The account for the Center for Ocular Reconstruction is in fact in our office for collections - but your name is not on our file as your daughter's father has diligently been paying the balance for the last few years.  He has been provided with the EOBs and correspondence regarding balances owed as he has assumed responsibility for the balances owed.

         We will be happy to keep you updated on the balance if you so wish.

      This company has continued to lie. They did not respond to my emailed complaint on May 29, 2024. Attached Are emails from the company to the coparent stating I have used several names that I have never used. As well as a document with my other child's name mailed directly from them stating I fraudulently used her name. I emailed a manager as well who never respond. They need to formally apologize for the defamatory statements and ******* to my name. They also need to provide in writing all documentation of all names provided to them as well as admit they lied about others. This company acted very unprofessional and cause me a great deal of stress trying to correct their lies.  I will be speaking to someone about legal actions for defamation and *******.

      I received a notice that I have a collection from CSRS INC on my credit report. It says it was opened on 2/14/2020 for $2,425 with account number starting ******************* that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the FCRA and FDCPA.I would like for this collection to be removed asap or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.

      I am not liable for this debt with CSRS INC and do not have a contract with CSRS INC. I am unaware of this and not liable for paying it. Would like to be provided with the original application that was submitted

      This is a request for proof of contract to substantiate CSRS claim. Provide me with a certified copy of an original contract, with my signature specifically naming your company as a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. Certifications can be done through the presence of a notary public, who duly swears the copy made is in fact a copy of the original paper contract in question. If you cannot provide me with a copy of MY signature on a contract, I submit to you that this debt is unverified and reporting it to ANY Credit Reporting Repository is a direct violation of the FDCPA. Continuing collection attempts on this account can and WILL be considered harassment under the FDCPA. I DO NOT have any contractual obligation to pay YOU at this point as you have failed to provide ANY proof of that. A copy of an alleged bill is simply not enough satisfactory proof that I, personally, incurred this alleged debt. THEREFORE, THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT FROM MY CREDIT REPORT IMMEDIATELY.
