      Purchase made on 12/01/21; finally payment made on 4/18/22. The purchase in dispute in a custom pair of living room drapes. Since the installation I have been telling the business that there is a problem with the drapes. This problem still has not been resolved. I have numerous emails and text messages trying to resolve the issue with the company. They tell me they will call or get ack to me and they do not. I am not getting a response. At this point after 3 months I am requesting refund on the amount I paid for the drapes which is $1393. PLUS tax.(I am not uploading all the emails/text messages...not sure how to do that. I will be glad to mail them to you, if necessary.)
