    Nextt Home Builders is an amazing organization who have worked with me on several projects. I am not sure how some of the reviews can be talking about the same company. I have never had an issue with integrity or honesty and I find that they are generally under budget. Please meet the owner and he will definitely put your mind at rest. A good hearted person with your best interest in mind. I refer them to others as often as I can.

    Nextt Home Builders were very instrumental in the replacing my roof and gutters. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replacement. Also want to give a shout out to the project manager ***** who is dependable, calm and very knowledgeable.

    This company did something similar. Intentionally mislead us in the agreed upon work to be done on kitchen renovation. I say intentionally because he knew when reviewing the work the first time more than what we thought would be needed would have to be done and he mislead us to think otherwise just to get us to sign the contract. The owner lacks integrity as a person and a business. He has no conscience when it comes to deceiving his clients and lying about delays. Please do not sign any contract with him unless a lawyer reviews it and points out what to pay close attention to. Put in penalty clauses to make sure you are compensated for delays in work to be done. He is very good in removing bad reviews so please warn many as possible so they don’t have to suffer. Wish we had known before we hired about all his court cases of unhappy clients.

    Nextt ****************** a dangerous contractor to do businesswith. Please do your research and seek out references before hiring any contractor andcarefully revieweverydetail of the contract presented,doingdetailed comparison to ********* company hired this contractor to renovate a space, and they created unnecessary delays, used cheap materials, and asked for additional funds for "expediting" the project. Corners were cut and the communication was very poor. "Fixed" concrete was cracked, baseboards were not removed when laying flooring and was cut to fit around the baseboards, and the work happening "every weekend" was not until it was extremely late.The Landlord of the property we leased called me regularly to ask why the constructionsite was a mess. Additionally, the owner of Nextt insisted on meeting with me to explain why there were so many delaysonly to explain they needed an additional tens of thousands of dollars to finish and "expedite" the project. This was a first buildout for mycompany, so I had other vendors with very poor performance that added to the headaches on our project, though I was surprised by how unprofessional Nexttconstruction'swork was. With projects like this you expect delays, but the project ended up being so many months delayed that the business costs were exorbitant, especially with all the lost revenue. If you decide to work with this contractor, be prepared with an attorney.

    Hi *******- I am extremely sorry you have experienced such a horrible time on working with our organization. Understanding your side on several delays, but please do explain everything in detail to the audience as well, nothing in commercial or residential for that matter, can be moved forward without plans. You forgot to mention that you are a franchise owner and that your franchise provides the architects, the drawings, and Mechanical/ electrical/ Plumbing/ plans as well. Now I do have all the emails and you do as well, that your plans were consistently failed because the drawings did not match the current location. We provided unlimited man power to work with your architects and 3rd party inspectors to resolve everything, in which we did. You have to pay for those services.Overall, I am extremely sorry for the experience you had with our organization. You do have my direct contact information. I wish you nothing but success in your business endeavors.
