  At the time of writing this review I have taken Net+ course and currently taking the AWS SAA course and then in the future take the Sec+ course. I took the Net+ on zoom as they did not have an in-person option at the time and the SAA in-person. The difference between the two is night and day and plan to come back (with no additional cost) to take Net+ in person. My instructor Rafael was one of the best teachers I've gotten in any form of educational environment. The environment provided by ASM was very welcoming and I was offered coffee and lunch to make it more comfortable. Along with a great environment there is also many great learning resources you get that gives you a massive leg up and might cost a lot to get outside of the course. If I plan to take other courses in IT I would definitely try to come back to ASM if I can.

  I have just completed the AWS SAA training with ASM. The instructor Valla was phenomenal
  in his presentation. He is SME (Subject Matter Expert). I enjoyed the presentation and the instruction set helped broaden my knowledge in Cloud technology.

  I'm currently taking the CySA+ (CS0-002) course with instructor Rafael E*******. He is great at breaking down a lot of technical jargon into an easy to digest form and helping to understand complex topics at a core level. He is certainly one of the best instructors I've had in the IT field, and I would not hesitate to take another course with him/ASM educational center.

  I recently took the CySA+ Boot Camp course through ASM. My trainer, Rafael E*******, was extremely knowledgeable. He was very willing to work with the start, end, break, and lunch timeframes that the students preferred. He did a really good job of breaking it down for us as simply as possible. He would ask for a explanation or definition about something and - when someone would give a detailed response - he would come back with a good simple explanation. He said that it's good to be able to break it down as though you're explaining it to someone in the 3rd-5th grade, which really helps understand the basics of a topic prior to digging into what it all means.
  Like me, he struggles with wanting as much information as he can get. He uses self-restraint when conducting a simple search on a topic by not clicking into link unnecessarily, which would undoubtedly result in getting lost in the "rabbit hole." This alone will help me only gather the information that I need, since my lack of restraint causes me to have a "poverty of attention" more often than I'd prefer.
  I would recommend this course with this instructor to anyone wanting to study for and pass the CySA+ examination.

  This was my first boot camp with ASM did the CySA+ program. My instructor was Rafael and he was knowledgeable on the material. He made the class interesting and didn't just read from the slide deck. Kept everyone involved by asking questions, and was open to answer them as well. The study materials and hands on virtual labs that we were provided gave good real-world experience. Would definitely recommend.

  I am taking the CySA+ bootcamp, Rafael is my instructor. Overall, Rafael, is very informative in knowledge and also easy going.
  Rafael’s teaching method straight forward and easy to follow. Rafael is making my virtual learning experience definitely an enjoyable one. Past virtual learning classes (other providers and other teachers) made it more like a task and boring.

  This is my first training with ASM and I am doing the Security+ program. I find the instructor Rafael knowledgeable on the subject matter. The study materials and virtual hands-on Labs give you the feel of real-world experience. They are good at what they do!!!

  I took the Sec+ bootcamp, Rafael was my instructor. Overall Rafael, is very informative in knowledge and also easy going. Rafael is great at motivating even when learning a lot of information in such a short period of time can be over whelming. I also, like the fact that he correlates real life with Security Information as well, which helps familiarize and tie things together! This teaching method definitely helps me comprehend easier. This is actually my second course through ASM, my first course was Net+. I appreciate the fact that ASM, follows up with me DAILY to help track my process as I go along. Thank you ASM for helping me begin my new career path!!!

  I had a great experience at ASM. Everybody is helpful and caring . My instructor Rahael was very knowledgeable and patient . I like his teaching techniques. I would recommend ASM and Rachel!!
