    ON 12/3/22 I SIGNED AN AGREEMENT FOR A THERAPY PLAN WITH THE GUY'S CLINIC THAT COST $6,500. I WAS IN THE OFFICE FOR 3HRS I SUFFER FROM INSOMNIA SO I WAS TIRED AND LOW ON BLOOD SUGAR. I FELT PRESSURED AND HURRIEDLY SIGNED THE AGREEMENT. THE VERY NEXT DAY I CONTACTED *********************** THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND ON 12/3/22 I SIGNED AN AGREEMENT FOR A THERAPY PLAN WITH THE GUY'S CLINIC THAT COST $6,500. I WAS IN THE OFFICE FOR 3HRS I SUFFER FROM INSOMNIA SO I WAS TIRED AND LOW ON BLOOD SUGAR. I FELT PRESSURED AND HURRIEDLY SIGNED THE AGREEMENT. THE VERY NEXT DAY I CONTACTED **** ******* THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND ASK TO RESEND THE CONTRACT. I WAS TOLD NO BECAUSE HE HAD ALREADY ORDERED THE ***. WHICH WAS A LIE. IT'S NOW BEEN OVER 30 DAYS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE HGH. ALSO, THE OTHER TREATMENTS THAT WERE IN THE CONTRACT SEEM TO BE OUT OF STOCK AND HAVE BEEN SINCE I SIGNED THE CONTRACT. THE GUY'S CLINIC WAS AWARE OF THESE DETAILS AND FAILED TO DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION BEFORE I SIGNED THE CONTRACT. fraud - THE GUY's CLINIC WAS DECEITFUL IN PERSUADING ME TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT THAT WAS AGAINST MY BEST INTERESTS KNOWING THAT THEY COULD NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR END OF THE AGREEMENT. USURY - FINANCED THE AGREEMENT AT $150 PER MONTH AT 17% INTEREST. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY HGH RATE OF INTEREST FOR A SMALL MONTHLY PAYMENT. AT THIS RATE, IT WOULD TAKE 43 PAYMENTS, WITHOUT EVEN TOUCHING THE INTEREST, TO PAY IN FULL. WITH INTEREST IT COULD EASILY TAKE 5 YEARS TO PAY OFF THIS CONTRACT. THAT IS ABSURD. SINCE I HAVE NOT MADE A PAYMENT, THE SUBSTANCES HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED, AND NO TREATMENTS HAVE BEGUN, THERE SHOULD BE LITTLE TO NO ISSUE GRANTING MY REQUEST TO RESEND THE CONTRACT.
