    This company was doing the title work on property I was selling to EZ Realty Solutions. They were hired by EZ Realty Solutions. On or before 9/14/22 I was told by closeline settlements that the title search was ordered and should take 7 to 10 days to come back. After calling them every week to check on the status of the title search I was lied to repeatedly telling me that since Covid that it may take longer. Telling me each time I called they would check on it further and call me right back. I was told this at least four different times and never once received a call back from them. After the sale fell through because the company did not buy my house buy the contract date I was told the title search was never ordered. This company repeatedly lied to me for over a month and now they are holding the earnest money or giving it back to the buyer. I asked if I would receive the earnest money since the buyer did not buy my house by the contract date and I was told only if a mutual agreement was signed by both parties to release the earnest money to me which the buyer is not going to do.
