    We had a small simple fence project.Potomac Fence sent a nice hardworking employee to do the work (1.5 days worth of work). Overall the fence is what I expected except for one panel that is not level, along with two posts that are not straight. They charged my credit card the same day that they finished but the next day after I saw the defects I contacted Potomac Fence right away. In response to my inquiry, they requested pictures which I sent over promptly but have yet to receive a response. After 14 days of waiting with no answer, I decided to file this complaint.

    We did respond back via email on 10/19 saying the ground slopes so the fence is built correctly based on the slope of the ground. The top of the one section of fence wouldn't be bubble tool level if the ground is not level. We are willing to send a tech out to see what can be done to level off the top of the fence. Nowhere in the contract does it say the fence will be 100% level, because the ground is not level. However we are willing to coordinate sending a tech out to try to resolve this. I can reserve a tech for any week day the week of 11/28 if the property owner can meet him at 9am. Please advise as to which day will be best. Thanks, ***** & ******
