    On 12/15/2023, I trialed the free version of this online application. In liking the free version, I chose to use this for a group project. With the free version, I could invite others to comment on needs to be adjusted. I upgrade, and that feature is no longer available unless collaborators and others that it is being shared to have a "paid seat." For any company I have ever used, I have never known one to downgrade features when you upgrade. It's not compatible with PowerPoint, even though it is advertised as compatible. However, once you save it as a **********, if you've included any animations or videos, they do not work and are simply saved as still pictures. In the free version, you can share a link with others to view the presentation. In the upgrade, you can't. My complaint is simply presentation of the product using the free service to imply capabilities and then tricking the buyer to upgrade to access more, only to be met with less and a push to upgrade further (purchasing access for others, a free service under the free plan).The free service IS in itself an advertisement of what could be expanded on upgrade. This company is implementing false advertisement.

    I purchased a $29 monthly plan to create my Interactive White Paper. I was also in the process of changing my ****** suite account, which I had used to sign in to visme.co to set up my account. I explained to the person what the issue was and that I had no way to access the account I paid for because I created it using a ****** workspace account that now has a new name. This same issue came up with other online vendors on the same day and no one else had the trouble with it that ***** had. This took place on Wednesday, April 12th. The customer rep said that they would escalate the problem and I received an email that the problem had been escalated to: *************************** the Customer Support Manager. That was at 4pm on the 12th of April. The next day, after nothing had been done, I had to find another way to set up the white paper, so I no longer needed their service. I requested a refund since I never used their service. They told me that refunds were not possible. I've been emailing them to get access to my account so that I can use it since I have it and it has now been two full days with zero contact. I don't need their product, I just want my refund. This has been a terrible experience.
