    On September 8, 2024, my husband and I paid AR Mechanical Services $1,300 to install new toilets in our condominium unit.The companys owner and sole employee, ********* **** ************** ceased communicating with us once he had processed the credit card transaction and never performed any work for *****. ***** failed to respond to our numerous communication attempts over the next six months (minus once or twice when he answered his telephone and gave the illegitimate and dishonest/fraudulent excuse that he could not perform the work because he was too ill, with various illegitimate illnesses, over the course of the six months). (Weve prepared a detailed and thorough call and email log, if you have specific questions about our many attempts to communicate with Mr. *********** we finally realized that Mr. ***** had simply stolen our money and had no intention of installing any toilets in our condominium unit, we performed some research and determined that his company (A.R. Mechanical Services) was completely unlicensed.We eventually (on January 29, 2025) requested a refund from Mr. ************** which he has failed to issue to us. When we requested the refund again, on a telephone call, he refused to issue it.

    I contracted **** in July / August to fix a plumbing issues under my home,gave him a ******* deposit he never did the work And in spite of numerous calls, text ,emails he has not returned my deposit.
