I have used Theralogix for YEARS. I like the supplements, but they have completely hidden my subscriptions in my account. I can't see them or change them. I also can't see my payment. It is a nightmare to make changes. They are very predatory.
It wasn't always like this. Maybe they were bought out by someone. Even though I like my supplements, I'm canceling everything as soon as I can get ahold of someone.Theralogix LLC

1 starNot surprised to see so many complaints about the shady auto-refill box. After a box appeared in my mailbox without my knowledge of ordering it and seeing my credit card charged, I checked my online account to see if I had checked the auto-refill by mistake, but the “active subscriptions” didn’t load any orders. So I emailed asking about the order, and they denied that my card was charged. I sent them the statement proving I was charged, and more than a month later they respond saying that I had auto-refill checked and that I can return the box at my own cost using trackable priority mail (from Canada to US). That was after I told then that I don’t see any auto-refill subscriptions that I can cancel. No apologies or any regard to that. Very disgusted by the low level of customer service and disregard to their technical failures on the website. Definitely won’t be ordering or recommending others order from such a company.Review fromMellissa T

1 starI purchase an order from Theralogix based on My Doctor's advice. Immediately when I placed the order I called the following day to do a follow up. I learnt that the medication was been shipped through a company that is called CDL, never heard about this company before. I attempted to track package on their website which was showing that it was in my state ,but no further updates. This went on for 2-4 days during that time I contacted therologix several times asking what happen to my package. There was no number to reach out to the shipping co only email and when I did use that email there was no real answer given by the shipping co. I stayed home for 4 days did not go to work waiting for them to deliver said medication. I was on the phone with Therologix up until the 7th day when customer service finally gave me a # to call the shipping co. I learnt that the medication was returned to the therologix. I asked for them to hold medication send me an email before reshipping and an explanation as to what happen. I also requested that a supervisor contact me. I called them the following week and ask if medication was return and why no one email/call/ I was told they call and left a voice mail which I did not get. Customer service then had the audacity to ask me if I want medication to be sent through postal service as if nothing happen. Please reconsider purchasing from this co. They do not appreciate their customers and have no respect or regard for their time and patience. When I had originally complained regarding shipping they could have reached out and tried to make it right, instead they dragged it out for 2 wks . Never again.Review fromStephanie B

1 starWhen you order from this website, they make you check auto-refill to be able to order online. Otherwise, you have to call them to place a single order. If you do want to make a purchase online, you have no choice but to select auto-refill and call if you want to cancel. When I chatted with customer service, they gave me a terrible explanation saying that their website was designed for doctors who want patients to repeatedly take their supplements. Not true! This is a shady business practice, taking away the convenience of online shopping, unless you select auto-renew and hence, they are able to charge you more for shipments. I urge the BBB to look into this practice and encourage the business to allow online purchase of a single shipment of products.Review fromVincent C

My wife and I purchased these vitamins as they were recommended by her doctor. With each order the auto-refill box was checked. Not wanting the auto-refill option, I unchecked the box. Three months later and one day before the product is shipped, I receive a notification informing me that the product will be shipped. That's funny, I unchecked the boxes for auto-refill. (FYI - these boxes are checked by default). I tried to contact them on 12/26 but their offices were closed, despite the website stating they are open 24/7. I reached out to them twice on their website informing them to turn off the auto-refill, not ship, and informing them that I will not lift one finger to return their product. I received return emails informing me that my messages were received (auto-reply) but did not receive any personal responses. I also tried to discontinue the auto-refill on their site but could not do this as the original order was shipped as a guest and not as a registered customer. A day later I received a notification that my order had been processed. I immediately contacted customer service and informed them what has been done to reach them. They mentioned that they did not receive anything despite email documentation. They process their orders 87 days after the original date and not 90 days as specified on their site. Regardless, I did not give them the authority to charge my card and send out a second order. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company in order to get this resolved. It is subjective to determine the quality of their product but clear that their business practice is shady.Theralogix LLC

Theralogix offers a subscription service for products that are for health maintenance. We auto-refill products as it is convenient for our customers and so our customer's supply is not interrupted.
In observance of Christmas Day, our office was closed on 12/26 and our customer service team is working diligently through missed emails.

Amazing prenatal vitamins, terrible customer service. I accidentally started a second subscription when trying to delay the delivery of my next order and have emailed them 5+ times in the last two weeks to resolve and have received zero responses. The chat function on the Ovaterra website is no longer active and while there is no phone number on the website, I found one on the side of my supplement box that went to a voicemail with no company details, just the phone number read out. It's starting to look like this company is no longer in business, despite the many marketing emails I still receive as I await a response to my own emails. At this point, I've canceled my accidental new pre-paid subscription and can no longer see my original one of the website so I can only hope they will eventually ship the $500+ of prenatal supplements remaining on both my subscriptions that I have already paid for.Theralogix LLC

The WORST customer service. Took a supplement in April 2022. Only change I made to anything. And got horrible results and pretty sick. Emailed bc it was impossible to get anyone on the phone and was told it wasn’t their product and sent some research articles to review. Even my medical provider felt it was the supplement. Stopped it and I was fine. Stupidly really stupidly tried it again thinking maybe it was just me. Nope. The same horrible side effects. And cannot get anyone to even respond to the email or answer the calls. 78$ for junk. Seems like a social media scheme for an illegitimate company with horrific customer service.Theralogix LLC

It is usually very well tolerated when taken with a meal as recommended; however, we understand everyone may have a different experience. Therallogix needs to issue a warning about allergic reactions. I began taking these about the first of April. By the end of May I had a bad rash on my bottom, was treated for yeast infection, still had rash which was getting worse. Monday a.m. I found a bottle of cranberry juice in the refrigerator, decided to drink some, realized how tart, googled, cranberries have salasytic acid. Not sure I spelled that correctly, but I for one have problems with acidic foods. It has been really bad.Theralogix LLC

Hi Jane, There are no expected side effects to TheraCran One and it is typically well-tolerated, but we understand that everyone may have a different experience. I'm sorry to hear that your experience with TheraCran One did not met your expectations. Cranberry is not an FDA allergen that is required to be on our labeling. Our records indicate that you spoke with one of our Registered Dietitians regarding this event on Monday. I'm sorry to hear that you are still not feeling well. First purchase of ovasitol went great. Im going through fertility treatments and everyone talked about adding this supplement to help. As we all know fertility treatments are hard and expensive. So is this supplement. This second time of purchasing, they did what they’re calling a “pre authorization” charge first and then once the order ships a second charge. So $74.90 has been taken from my account twice. Not a pending charge or anything, it’s actually been pulled from my account. I have contacted them because now a phone bill is going to be late. I emailed and that’s the excuse I got that it’s a “pre authorization charge and it’ll fall off the account in 1-5 days depending on my bank”. I don’t have that time to wait on that. And I also called and that’s the same excuse I got. I will never order again after this because I can’t afford bills to be late just because they want to be scammy and take the money out twice before they apparently put the other back. It didn’t happen with my first order and I don’t understand why it has to happen now. Im truly disappointed.Theralogix LLC

Theralogix only charges customers one time, when actual orders are shipped from our facility. You may see a “pending charge” first because when you place your order, your credit card or debit card is "pre -authorized". This process confirms that the card details you have entered are accurate, and that the card is valid, and has funds available to complete the transaction. Your credit/debit card company may place a hold equal to the amount of the purchase on your card, which will be released when your transaction is completed. Some card issuers/banks may leave this hold on your account for 1-5 business days depending upon the policy of that specific card company or bank. For further clarification on the pre-authorization and for the specific policy of your credit/debit card processor, please contact your credit/debit card company directly.
