    Complaint against ReGreen Organics, LLC Greetings, I am writing to file a consumer complaint against ReGreen Organics, LLC ("ReGreen"). My company, ***************************** ("****"), entered into an agreement with ReGreen on March 7, 2022, to purchase a ***** Waste Processing System ("WP System"). The WP System was delivered to us in Hong Kong on or about June 30, 2022, but upon inspection, we found that key parts and integral components were damaged. Despite repeated demands and requests, ReGreen has not delivered the relevant replacement parts or returned to Hong Kong to fix, install, or commission the WP System, and it currently sits idle and is inoperable. This constitutes a material breach of the agreement. Additionally, ReGreen is also in breach for failing to provide us with the operating manuals, training materials, and relevant other documentations as required by Section 5.1 of the Agreement. ReGreen is instead waiting to "work with the insurance company to settle the claim" before fulfilling its contractual obligations. The WP System was purchased for an amount of $416,002.69 USD and was paid in full on April 19, 2022 (50% deposit) and June 16, 2022 (50% balance). We have several requests in regard to this matter: 1. We are asking ReGreen to send an installation team to Hong Kong and install the machine, and for them to bear part of the installation fee. 2. We request that ReGreen acknowledge that some of the machine's components were damaged before delivery to Hong Kong. 3. We are asking ReGreen to deal with the insurance company and follow up on the claim they mentioned in previous letters. 4. If ReGreen is unable to install the machine, we are requesting a full refund in the amount of $416,002.69 USD. We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter, enclosed please f
