    Date of Transaction: April 1st, 2024. Amount Charged: $260.56 We took our car in for service with Scandinavian import to do a routine oil change. Upon arrival, my boyfriend, ******, texted ******, who is the mechanic working on his vehicle, the oil filter, and the car oil was in the backseat of his car for the oil change. Only to find out later we were charged for both the oil filter, and oil even though we had brought both products in ourselves. ****** texted ****** after we had left, and paid for the services it was unintentional charge, and whenever we returned, that amount would be credited to us for any service on the vehicle. We needed a coolant hose as well for the car, and ordered it for the car due to a potential issue with the coolant hose down the line. ****** "**" ******* the receptionist had informed us the coolant hose would be ordered, which we were charged for on the invoice, and will arrive within a week. Once it was in the shop we would bring our car back in for services to have the hose replaced because they do not have a stock inventory for various parts at their shop. This was all fair information at the time. Due to our personal relationship with the mechanic, which is the reason why we brought our vehicle to this shop to begin with, we entrusted every bit of information we were being fed by ****** "TJ" *******. When we went to pick up the coolant hose, after taking into account there were fraudulent activities happening at the shop; when we arrived were informed the coolant hose was never ordered, despite us being charged for it. ****** "**" ******* was adamant it was never ordered, but the invoice states otherwise. When we tried to ask questions to further gain clarity on the situation, ****** "**" ******* became very passive aggressive, providing no support to find a resolution. His supervisor and the owner of the shop, ****** was no help either. He stated this shop was not a good fit for us/our vehicle, hung up providing no help/refund
