  Please heed the warnings and avoid this moving service at all costs as they exhibit predatory behavior.I strongly advise against using this moving service. Initially quoted $900 for a 33-mile move, the movers demanded an additional $600 once my belongings were on the truck, refusing to unload until I paid the extra amount.Attempts to speak with a supervisor were ignored, showcasing their blatant disregard for customer service. Additionally, *******, the driver, became very disrespectful and aggressive, and as an older individual, I was taken aback by his level of disrespect. When I called to speak with someone, the phone rang repeatedly, and they never returned my call.This company is a scam; their positive reviews are likely fabricated. They are dishonest and not reputable.

  **************, sorry that you felt that way and we do not have intention to take advantage of people but we also moved almost double more items of what you told us over the phone. You had non-binding contract with us.Consumer reported 83 items to be moved when signing the hourly based estimate. Consumer shipped 160 items on the day of the move. We did our best to save time and resulted in working only 2.5 hrs of extra labor and moving 160 items instead of 83.This way the labor took 6.5hrs instead of 4 which is a great performance considering the amount of items we moved and the long walk and elevator we had at the storage facility. Total price for labor increased from $942.00 to $1387.50. Consumer was offered additional discount of $185.00 which they still have not answered if they are willing to accept or not.Additionally consumer and her daughter ***** started kicking movers blankets and telling the movers that they will send them to h*** ***** got really close to the driver's face and told him "be carful I am ferocious" .At this point ******* asked the consumers to be respectful and probably that's what they mean by being "aggressive"

  Horrible company! I hired a moving company in NY and this company showed up, demanded more money including parking, my original quote was 2,000 but this company held my furniture in hostage and inflated the cost to over 9,000! This company said I had over 100 pieces of furniture and boxes, which I did not. I have filed complaints with the MD attorney general who said this company was in breach of contract. I have also filed complaints with the Arbitrator and DOT. And since this company demanded the money wired to a personal bank acct instead of a business acct, I am requesting the IRS conduct an investigation as well! This company was not business like and professional saving unsavory and unnecessary things in email communication. I consulted an attorney several months ago and now that I have my furniture, I will be filing a suit in court. Justice will be served due to the stress, time off work, and threats this company committed against me.

  Me and my fiance had a shipment coming from France at a military base in Frederick, Maryland. The movers took extra care of our furniture, verifying item by item if everything is there. They also repacked everything in the facility making sure it's well protected and ready to go on the truck. At our destination in Germantown they unloaded everything in order in the rooms where we wanted them to. They took extra precaution for the floors and walls of our new house. We have a very heavy furniture and narrow stairs. Movers kept the positive attitude and great customer service the whole time, making the experience as smooth as possible.

  Dreading my move to a new city and was looking for a moving service. Thankfully, I found Easy Relocation. From the beginning, they were easy to work with. They provided me with a seamless experience and their professionalism ensured that my belongings were taken care of. Their relocation services were well-priced and worth every penny!
