      This incident occurred at 4pm on February 14th, 2023. I was registered for a therapy session with one of the counselors at the practice--a correction to the business profile, they list themselves as Washington Nutrition & Counseling Group--and the provider was a no show. I was charged for the session prior to the session. There was no communication from the front desk as they close at 4pm--not sure if that's an acceptable practice, scheduling virtual appointments past when the front desk is open. To the practice's credit they cancelled the charge to my card when I called the following day. They did not however, cancel my following appointment with a nutritionist in their practice despite my request and did not notify me until after it was less than 48 hours to my appointment putting me on the hook for $100 if I cancel the appointment. I was also told by my bank that they have my card set up on a "subscription", I never consented or was informed that my card was subscribed to anything, I found this strange--***** bank has also flagged this as strange activity for a medical practice. Some notes on communication: 1. Their voicemail says the front desk only answers calls between 8am and 4pm. I have had calls and emails come in from them before and after their claimed business hours.2. I have attached all written communication between myself and the practice to this complaint.3. If anything in this report appears vague, I am happy to have a quick conversation to provide concise clarity. This practice appears to have very poor ratings on sites where reviews are hosted and appears to need a serious change in how they handle customer relations.
