    Placed an order with them over 5 weeks ago and haven't not recieved the items. Emailed them 3 times over the course of a few days and heard nothing back from them.

    Now i have to dispute this charge through the credit card company.

    Ordered a part and when I received it, I got the wrong part. Tried to call and also tried to email them and no response. They’re website says satisfaction guaranteed, but that is a lie. I’ll have to eat the cost and trie to sell the item to someone else and go through a different company.

    Ordered an item from the website over a month ago, I never received tracking information nor the item. I have reached out to the company via email and phone and have had no response. Since we were not able to contact the company to get a refund, we had to dispute the charge through our credit card company so this "business" won't get paid!

    I used the "contact us" feature to ask if they had a product on hand. They replied within a day or two telling me it was in stock. i paid them $870.00 for the item. I waited a few days and called to check shipping status but they never answered the phone. i left a total of 17 voicemails, 6 emails, and used the "contact us" feature 4 more time. Still no door, and still no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

    BUYERS BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, THEY WILL NOT RETURN EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS, BUT ARE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU PLACE THE ORDER. I ORDERED A AIR FILTER PART # 02-3193-01 SIZE STATED IT WAS A 19.5X8 WHICH IS WHAT I NEEDED, BUT WHEN I RECEIVED IT THEY HAD SENT ONE THAT IS 17X5. LIKE ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE STATED, GO ELSEWHERE OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AS WELL!!

    They sent me the wrong parts because they labeled them wrong. Trying to return them but no one will answer the phone or email. Literally no communication-it’s crickets over there!
