    Party City misleads customers in believing they can return unused merchandise with general statements about a 30 day purchase window (no caveats in the statement on the return page of their website). However, they only offer returns in the weeks prior to major holidays which would preclude customers to obtain costumes or make use of their wares (Halloween, Christmas, Easter, etc.). This dark messaging on their website is misleading.

Party City is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.

To become accredited, a business must agree to BBB Standards for Trust and pass BBB's vetting process.
