      Had my seasonal maintenance check for both plumbing and HVAC. Both technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They showed and explained everything they were doing. They made sensible recommendations. No over selling or pressure. I've been using Vito services for at least 5 years and it has been consistently good.

      Vito was contracted to repair a furnace that was not properly lighting. After inspecting the unit, the technician installed a new ignitor, which did not solve the issue. During a follow up visit, the technician was unable to repair the furnace. I am now out the cost of an inspection and ignitor, and the furnace is still not lighting properly.

      Wonderful company that I have used for over 20 years. Love the workers/ employees-Very friendly and reliable. Tracy is wonderful with advance notice of contractors arrival. Very helpful for me. I love Kevin who is so knowledgeable and courteous. Just all around great and good with follow through.
