    If you have children or own a home STAY AWAY from R and G. They sold me insurance and closed my case with mold growing behind my walls due to water damage not being mitigated. On top of that they raised my insurance almost $1k after filing a claim and nothing has been done to fix my house. My house has been torn apart which has caused severe anguish and stress due to the living conditions. The only thing they have done so far is try to paint over water damage and give me an inaccurate quote that won’t fix the damages and left hazardous conditions due to water damage not being mitigated.

    In the photos on their google review you can see some of the mold damage that was supposed to be painted over and how they left my house after filing a claim.

    They’re going to wait years to pay me out to fix the damages according to the terms of my contract but had no issue raising my premium over $1k while leaving me at a loss for a house.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention, unfortunately we are aware of the situation since Mr Smith posted this exact review in our social media and google, we have been in touch with Mr Smith and explained that claims are handled by the insurance carrier and not by the agency, we provided him with the adjuster contact information, please see below for our response to his google review.

    As your Agent, our responsibility is to advise you and advocate on your behalf with the insurance carrier. To the best of our ability, we’ve had multiple conversations with your adjuster. In the end, the Carrier/Adjuster has final determination of claim settlement, and they have settled this claim on what they deem fair. Ultimately, our Agency does not have the authority to make the final determination. At this time, given your dissatisfaction, we are recommending you file a complaint directly with the carrier.
