      Great experience, Worked with Jason Y**** and Kristin J******* to replace a roof that was showing some wind damage. Jason explained the process, worked with me throughout, and the installers did a great job. All-in-all the job went off without a hitch.

      MLM salesman came to my door on my day off (Monday). Made some crack about “am I too late for breakfast?” (It was just after lunch, then tried to convince me that “all my neighbors had damage from a wind storm” when there hasn’t been any such storm recently, and then asked when is the last time I had an inspection. Basically slammed the door on him - if you come to my door trying to sell me something, insulting the homeowner is a bad place to start. Maybe they do good work, but they’ll never get the chance to prove it to me because of their terrible sales staff. Shameful.

      I see a lot of positive review in this website , but unfortunately i have to put negative since i had worse experience i with one of the Sales consultant his name was Jason Y****. This guy full of lie, I am sure why this company keep such a liar sales person. probably base on his lies get a lot of business for the company and even spoke with his management try to back him up. I spoke with some of his management over the phone and they said we will call you back and never heard from them. cost me more with company and over charges.
      Please be aware of this company and sales associate and do not sign any of those electronic signature without reading it.
      Specially with this kind of sales associate like Jason Y****. I hope GOD will punish him one day earning money with his lies.

      I worked with Bobby Carrier at MLM to replace my roof after storm damage. Bobby was transparent and helpful through the entire process. Great Experience.

      Feel like I've been robbed. Agreed to pay one amount but charged a much higher amount. While the new roof and gutters look fine, I would not deal with this company again. The final invoice had a balance due that was much more than the agreed upon original contract price.

      Everyone did a great job. Joel worked with the insurance company as well as the association (several times) to ensure everything went well. Kristin on the back end was very patient with the payments. Great experience.
