Transaction dated 10/27/24 for 3 pairs of shoes for $85.93. Supposedly it was delivered on Sunday November 10, 2024 by a company called **************. I was texted that the parcel had arrived on my doorsteps from a number ************ and that if I had a problem to call ************** I called immediately since I was home and had not received the parcel. The pictures emailed to me as proof of delivery were not of my house. I also called a number listed for UniUni **************. No one has ever picked up or replied to my emails. Bulepod does reply, always informing me that it's my problem to resolve and dismissing my claims. I don't want someone else getting scammed by this **************** I believe the delivery company is part of the scam with the Bulepods site. I only lost $85.93 but they post a host of items that are a lot more expensive.Initial Complaint

I bought sandals from ******* that said they were arch support sandals. No arch support, the fabric on top was so loose they are not safe to use. I followed the directions and emailed them for a return and after 2 weeks they offered me $15.00 for the $39.98 sandals. I said I wanted to return them and get my money back. I had paid in payments through ****** and ****** sided with this seller because it was past 30 days because the seller was non responsive, Ive tried and tried to resolve this on my own. I see others have been scammed by this company too. I ordered these August 4, 2024 received them August 24th and reached out August 24th to return them. The sizing is also wrong. I would also like to file a complaint with ******. Ive contacted them many times about this and they have disconnected and Im not being rude.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. None of them fit. As their website claims, I can return these and contacted customer service to receive a return shipping label so that I could return the items and receive a refund. The website bulepods.com says they will respond within 24 hours. Since July 18th, I have reached out to them via email 5 times and have NOT received a reply. I've tried the phone numbers available online, however, those are not real phone numbers and don't call anywhere. I have checked my spam and not heard back from the company. I have contacted via their website and received nothing. I read on their ******** page reviews from other customers who say they didn't receive their items or didn't receive their refunds.Initial Complaint

I returned the cameras I had purchased from Bulepods, I had contacted them 3 times with complaint and I got no response from Bulepods. The I used the return address on the Bulepods website. Insured the package and when the package was delivered to the Bulepods warehouse at ********************************************************************************* Still got no response from Bulepods. When I told them I was going to report them to Better Business Bureau I got and immediate response. And after that many emails with apologies and requests for me to provide them for the tracking number which I no longer have since the package was delivered to the Bulepods whathey finally asked for the tracking number since the package had been delivered to the warehouse. Now Bulepods is no longer responding to me and has not returned my on $282.95. Package mailed back on October 6,2023 and have bank receipt for UPSP recipient for $23.60 for return with insurance.The reason cameras where sent back is the the controls on camera where to small and camera was not recording. They just did not work for me. Also there is a time limit on the return and when ********* did not respond to me, I mailed back the 3 camers and card reader. So I mailed back the cameras to the return address on the Bulepods website.
