      ******** customer service if you could even think to call it that. Their phone number is useless because no one has ever picked up the many many many times I have called them. They take weeks to respond to emails and when they do respond they don't care to help you at all. Horrible

      Joolas return policy is terrible. All other pickle ball paddles let you try out a paddle and have 30 days to return it. They will only let you return a paddle if its unopened.

      Disappointed with JOOLA - we bought a JOOLA table tennis table on Amazon during Black Friday at a steeply discounted price. It was supposed to be delivered on December 7th, but never arrived. I eventually was told that it was damaged in transit and would not be delivered, and that my only option is a refund as no replacements were availably since the item was out of stock. We have since ordered another JOOLA table on Amazon, but at a much higher price. Feels like we have been scammed by JOOLA. Not what I would expect from a company such as JOOLA. Disappointed with this poor service. All we wanted was a replacement at the same price we paid during Black Friday.

      DO NOT PURCHASE JOOLA PADDLES!!!!
      I purchased the Ben Johns Paddle in late March 2023, now 3 months later the top center of the paddle has disintegrated and is basically worthless now. I have started the warranty process and because I do not have a copy of the receipt or the order number, they will not move forward with the replacement paddle. I have shown them my Visa statement a picture and a video of the paddle for proof. They have my name and shipping address so they could if they wanted to verify the purchase. Bottom line is that these paddles do not hold up to normal wear and tear, I play every day at a national chain gym for 2 to 3 hours a day. These paddles in my opinion are cheaply made and not worth the money! I will spend all of my extra time letting people at the gym and anywhere else I play know what I have experienced with Joola paddles. I will also try to get the gym to rethink their relationship with Joola. It's not fair to people who spend good money for a product they think is built to last to have this kind of experience with a major paddle maker. STAY AWAY FROM JOOLA PADDLES
