    As an agent, I’m here to warn other agents not to deal with any transactions involving CSMB LLC dba Eastern Title & Settlement in Rockville MD. My Seller sold her home, signed all paperwork and delivered the keys to buyer. Days later, she was never paid, nor could I receive a copy of my commission check. When I called to follow up, Shu told me the file will be funded when the Lender, NMSI, receive their shortage of $270! I emailed to get details about who owes this amount and was told nothing more than thank you for you patient. I fear this company has helped to scam my client out of her home. We need answers and maybe a lawyer

    The seller signed between 5:30pm and 6:00pm on May 12th on Friday due to the closing be later in the day we weren't able to send the wire until the following business day being the 16th of May which was Monday due to the weekend.  The seller also gave us the wrong routing number so the wire was returned on Monday and had to be resent .  Once the wire was returned and we confirmed the wiring instructions again with the seller we sent the wire and the file was closed.
