    To Whom It May Concern: My name is ************************************* and I am currently a resident at The ****** at Kings Farm Apartments in a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom style apartment. I recently moved in this year June 30th, 2023, however due to the apartment complex not being prepared upon move-in, I did not receive my key until July 1st, 2023. Upon moving into the unit, I noticed several issues within the unit including, a faulty bathroom tub faucet, a broken bedroom windowsill rod (open/close blinds), minor scrapes on the kitchen floor, mismatched stove elements for electric stove, and a clogged kitchen sink. Upon transitioning more of my personal items into the apartment I found more issues within the apartment, that left me unable to utilize the amenities provide by the apartment complex. After placing these issues in their Active Building Resident App. I have addressed these issues with the maintenance team and the apartment staff members on various occasions after placing the maintenance requests in the Active Building app on August 16th, 2023 (******) and August 21st, 2023 (******) and unfortunately I am continuing to be negatively impacted due to lack of correspondence to these requests. Below highlights the list of issues that have been unresolved: Kitchen Area: Garbage Disposal Leaking Right sink not draining Dishwasher in disrepair (damage to the dish holders/racks)Stove Element front right does not fit Floor in front of fridge has been damaged Crack on Lower Refrigerator Shelf Dryer cord is frayed (As per request ID ****** on August 21st, 2023)Bathroom Area: Bathroom sink leaking underneath Bathroom tub not draining (As per our conversation on September 8th, 2023) Bedroom Area: Missing rod for right window (Resolved on August 16th, 2023) Front Hall Area: Crack on lower panel for the front window near entrance area This has been a tenuous process, because the apartment complex has only two maintenance staff and I have close had to monitor the situation.
