    The Community I live in hired them to remove water damage from our apartments. Stolen from my apartment was 4 six pack, 16.9 oz of Pepsi, 24 pack of Deer Park Water, and a pack of ********** ****** safe toilet tissue.
    They used my bathroom and wet all over it with urine.

    Good morning,

    Our company performed services at the location Ms. Timbrook resides.  She reached out claiming the crew had consumed her water and pepsi, as well as her toilet paper and dirtied her bathroom.  We were not able to independently verify her claims, however in the interest of customer service we replaced the consumables she claimed and sent a crew to deep clean her bathroom.  Weeks later she wrote a negative google review that her concerns had never been addressed so we reached out to her.  At that time she claimed the amount of consumables was more than what she had originally claimed, so again, in the interest of customer service, we agreed to replace her items.  This is in the email attached and pasted into the body of this note.  We have heard no further complaints from her, but as you can see we have been communicating with her and have agreed to replace what she claims was consumed by the crew.
