    My claim was opened on 10-29-2022 and was completed on 11-13-2023 which I was told that it would be done much sooner. My concern started with abatement not being done all at once because of miscommunication. It was done in three increments which was WEEKS or maybe MONTHS after each other. I was told that the windows would be covered for privacy only to get a call from a neighbor stating that people were looking in the windows assuming I have moved. At that time my televisions were still on the wall being exposed to the public. Fortunately, no one tried to come in and take them. I still havent received the foot to my stove which had come off in the process of them moving it. They also broke the left side end piece of the oven door and placing caulk inside thinking that I wouldnt notice. Still today my counter top is crooked because they fail to place it correctly. Now I have to use a crack filler in between the stove and sink which I hadnt before. The faucet is crooked. I notice that some of my furniture was damage after the pack back. Two broken wheels on my tv stand, headboard damaged permanently with stripped screws that shouldnt have been taken out, damage to the bottom of armoire. My biggest concern was that they didnt conceal the room that wasnt being used which caused a massive amount of dust that covered everything in there including clothes in the closet. Bad enough I had to unpack ***************************************************************** that room. Not to mention they utilized my bathroom leaving IT a mess with paint splash on my sink, vanity and in the tub. Basically what Im looking for is compensation for the damage to my items and my time and labor for cleaning up the mess far as the dust in the bedroom and the mess that was made in my bathroom.     No correspondence or notification of this dissatisfaction has reached our office in the last 8 months since the completion of this project.The contracts signed by the customer state that any complaints of this nature should be made to our office, and we should be given a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issues at that time. The customer signed both a Punch List with several items listed, verifying their resolution, and a Certificate of Satisfaction, in November of 2023, and did not mention any further items of concern at that time. The customer was also notified at the time that contents were delivered, our procedure for handling damaged or missing contents. This process was not followed by the customer and the time frame for presenting such a concern has long since passed. Due to the circumstances stated above, ServiceMaster by Singer will not be providing monetary compensation for these concerns at this time.

    I disagree with the business response. I made several attempts to contact the business in regards to damaged items. I received no response in which I had no other choice but to reach out to Service Master Head Quarters.
