    No way to contact this local company. Everything gets routed around the country to people who are working remotely. Stayed home for five hours waiting for them to pick up equipment. No one showed up and no one called. When called them at the end of the day on Friday they said we were rescheduled for Monday.it is now Monday afternoon I have been calling all day and cannot get a time frame. Each time a different person from a different part of the country answers the phone.
    Three different people promised to call me back and never did. They are highly unprofessional and discourteous.

    I ordered my first order from Mi-Atlantic Medical Equipment in December of 2022. I have received items that I did not order or request. I have called in multiple times and was told over the phone that all future orders would be cancelled and no further shipments would be sent to me. I continue to receive items so much so that I could never use all of them. What is worse, is that while I am not using the items and contesting the items being sent in the first place, they are ruining my credit score!! I just want it to stop and to have them cancel these fake orders that keep coming to my door. I dont want them and I dont want to pay any of the invoices or amounts for the fake orders. This is the definition of channel stuffing, which is illegal.

    This Company should not be allowed to stay in business. They do not understand how these people are still in business. They overcharge you for medical needs. They bill you in a way that nobody could possibly understand then won't help you understand it.
    We ordered a bed and a wheelchair. The bedrails for the bed were on back order. We had the bed for 10 weeks and the bedrails were never available. No apology, no care or concern. Always the same response "call back and check next week".
    The problem is there is no way to fight this. The rehab place sends you medical equipment. Unless you have gone through it before, you don't really understand what the process is then the medical equipment company just screws you over.
    The system is broken. Even the Insurance guy said "don't buy medical equipment for an Insurance Company". This is one of the 978,342,654 problems with US Healthcare. (Please note that I am born and raised in the US and proudly served in our Armed Forces)
