    Over promised under delivered.. Bait and switch.. change pickup time 4 times during the day finally when guys got there charged 2000 more than the estimate.. We had exactly what was on original.. They charged me for more cubic feet because they took cushions off chairs and sofa.. Had exact measurements of furniture since it was new.. Of course they show up at 8 at night no one in the office.. they are demanding 2000 dollars from husband.. Run dont use them at all

    King Adjustable Bed frame (including motor w/remote) and several other smaller items lost (I say stolen). 90% of furniture damaged at storage warehouse. Mattresses, box springs and wood tables have water damage, Legs broken off of chase and not recovered. All leather furnuture scratched, all wood dressers and tables scuffed and/or chipped, Base of one table cracked. Oversized recliner frame broken. Wood trimmed formal living room sofas (2) chipped/legs broken.

    0 stars, tried to increase the cost, had to leave 1/2 of our belongings. Failed to notify us of an incident that caused about $4,000 in damage to rental house and will not respond to our attempts to contact them.

    I was told by Interstate convey that they would pick up my vehicle the same day and they asked me to put a deposit and they never picked up the vehicle and he told me he guarantee me that he will pick it up the same day and then when I called back to get my deposit refunded, the owner, Fred had told me he’s not going to give me a refund. I first spoke to.Sirojiddin ********** he cannot be trusted after he made the deal with me. He would not answer the phone the whole day they must have caller ID so eventually the next day he would not answer the phone, so I googled their company, and I ended up calling a different number and then when the answer he said it was him up I would like a refund of $100 if I can. don’t deal with this company because they will scam you.

    DO NOT USE THIS FLIM FLAM "FLY BY NIGHT" COMPANY-Bob the manager refused to honor the contract price. These nut jobs were w days Late for pick up and charged 30% over the contracted price in order to get the car off the truck. we will sue them

    Do not, I repeat, do not use this company!!! They are so scrupulous in their way of doing business. As we were looking to hire a moving company from CA to FL we did so much research. We then settled on this company due to the reasonable quote that gave us. Well that is how it all started, they give you a quote that is no where near what it should be to get your business. We measured and inventoried every single item we were having shipped and sent them a new list daily, they then sent us a new quote which was fine. On moving day, they came in and immediately said this is not correct. We got on the phone and there was nothing they could do. We pain an extra $3000 that day, We had to be out of out place on that day and had no choice. Then, after months of silence and nothing, i thought for sure our stuff was gone, it showed up 90 days late!!! things were broken and we ended up with other people's items. We put in a claim and guess what the insurance company is no longer doing business with Interstate so they closed out claim. We are out $2000 on top of the extra $3000 they charged. And this is only the highlights. I am so upset over all this. And of course once our items were delivered no one will answer the phone or an email. I have no idea what to do to get our claim resolved. This company should investigated for theft and illegal practices and SHUT DOWN!!! We tried so hard to get them to come pick up the items that were not ours, we have even held on to them for a year just hoping. If I could give it ZERO stars I would
