    You can purchase monthly memberships but cancelling a subscription without being charged ($10) or reaching someone via phone to cancel is impossible. I've issued a dispute against the latest charge on my credit card, but also want to file a complaint.

    ******** charged my account again this month for$ *****, I've entered another dispute with Navy Federal today.  I left a phone MSG withe my Name , Phone number and that I wanted to cancel this ASAP, just like the last time.

    On Sept. 23 or 24, 2023, I took my child to this Skyzone and bought a 3-month membership. This was Glow night, so the lights were out. My child was assaulted by two or three other children, who were confronted and removed by the police officers already present - the police were not called.
    The manager that evening told me that there had been multiple incidents of violence during Glow night, which is why the police were stationed at the park during the event. The manager apologized to me but did not offer a refund. I understand that Glow night has been discontinued at this location.
    I saw that I was charged the membership fee in October, so I went to the location and filled out a form to cancel the membership. I asked to speak to the manager to get a refund for our membership due to my child being assaulted and was told I had to call customer service. I have done so multiple times but have been on hold for up to an hour. I have also tried to call the corporate office, but one number is for privacy in CA and the other number is not in service.
    I have copies of my bank statements but do not want to upload those here. They are available to whomever investigates this claim.

    I entered into a family membership 9/2/23-12/2/23 (90 day minimum with written notice)and I’ve been trying to cancel my membership with the east Baltimore location since November ( I emailed the cancellation form to every email they had , called as well ) and I still haven’t heard anything but today 1/2/24 I have been charged fraudulently by them . Do not support this business by buying a membership. They will make it impossible to legally get out of it.

    I purchased a membership with Skyzone-East Baltimore Location in March 2023. I understood when purchasing the membership that there was a 3 month minimum requirement before canceling. I followed the directions as stated on the email to cancel. The first issue is the location (East Baltimore) is not a option. You do not get a receipt of the cancelation request. After the first attempt I noticed taht I was still being charged ($30.80). I went back to the site. They posted a notice saying there were technical issues, please resubmit for cancellations. I resubmitted and I still was charged (July 2023). I called location, sent emails and no response. I am requesting a refund for the non use of the membership especially since I have been inconvenienced due to their unfair administrative practices and lack of accountability in providing customer service. I told to upload ***** of the charges, but it would not let me.Membership #********-132948129
