    I am fraudulently being charged for Er visits for my children who had state Medicaid at the time of service. I can not be held responsible for this debt due to cost share. I have attempted to resolve this issue multiple times. They have sent to collections- ******* *********** who are also illegally reporting to my credit report and taking legal action. I have reported them to the attorney general office for further investigation.

    Still awaiting for our former contracted billing service to provide me with the necessary answers to resolve this matter.  Should I not receive the appropriate support documentation within seven business days I will move forward to write off this bill.  In the meantime I have instructed our Collection Agency to discontinue collection efforts.

    THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I AM A CASH PATIENT AND THEY HAVE FRAUDULENTLY BILLED SOMEONE ELSES INSURNCE- BECASUE SHE HAS THE SAME NAME AND DOB AS ME- NO MATTER SHE LIVES IN A DIFFERENT STATE. THE FIRST TIME I ALERTED THEM. I UNDERSTAND ITS A "ERROR", THE SECOND TIME. NEGLEGENCE!!! THEN THEY DON'T EVEN FOLLOW THEIR OWN POLICIES. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO MATCH THE HOSPITAL DISCOUNT- AFTER WORKING WITH MANAGEMENT FOR MONTHS THEY WOULDNT MATCH IT (75%) AND WOULD ONLY GIVE ME A 25%. I GAVE UP AND PAID- WHEN THEY MESSED UP AND BILLED INSURANCE AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME- I WENT TO WAR!!! I MADE THEM HONOR THE DISCOUNT. I OVERPAID SO MUCH THE FIRST VISIT, THE "CREDIT" THE OWED ME COVERED THE ENTIRE BILL FOR MY SECOND VISIT AND THEY OWE ME MONEY! I HAVE BEEN CHASING THEM SINCE FEB TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. MEANWHILE THEY SAY IT TAKES 4-6 WEEKS... IVE BEEN CALLING WEEKLY... Andrea ************ Gabrielle ********, Indra, Samantha, Edison.... those are all the "managers" I have talked to at the company that have still not been able to cut me a check for the MONEY the OWE me! I talked to Edison (the highest manager I could get to) he promised me a call back in 24 hours on 5/3. Today is 5/16 and he is telling the rep that he is "unavailable and helping other customers and will call me back" .... just so you know.... this place is the ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever dealt with!!! Make sure you get all your discounts!! They owe me $244.50 and admit it but refuse to actually pay me back.
