    Seller Luis ******* 4LSWoodworks On 05//25/2021, I order for four (4) custom made wood Maps of Puerto Rico placed via messenger. He was promoting thru Facebook and others also promoted him. On 05/25/2021, I payed $320.00 via PayPal and he responded confirmed receiving payment. I asked how long before receiving product. On 07/10/2021, I made inquiry, response received was "this week coming". On 07/26/2021, he sent message saying he was shipping the Maps of Puerto Rico this week. On 09/28/2021 and 10/31/2021, I sent message and received standard response "thanks for contacting us". On 11/02/2021, I sent message and he responded that he was shipping this week or the next week. On 11/29/2021, 04/04/2022, and 04/19/2022, I sent message, receiving standard message "thanks for contacting us" and "We will reach back to you ASAP". On 05/19/2022, my message under messenger did not go thru as Facebook page of 4L's woodworks does not exist. Between May 2022 and June 2022, I sent messages to the email address, to include that I be refunded, but to no avail. According to Instagram, another person made an inquiry asking for an update and the product about 2 months ago. However, it appears that he was deleting messages in Facebook, avoiding to respond. The seller was promoting his small business. However, I feel that he is avoiding in order to not refund me. I contacted my bank and PayPal, however, due to the date of purchase and policy in refund I do not qualify for them to reimburse me. This seller had an obligation/responsibility to people who made custom purchases. However, I never received the four (4) wood Maps of Puerto Rico design. He also does not appear to want to refund my money, despite my efforts of email messages forwarded. I believe he has defraud me, he collected payment not only from me, but others. He kept saying he was going to ship, but did not. Why is he withholding my money, as well as not responding to message of refund. I need assistance with refund.
