    I purchased three items from her online store after I watched a TikTok by her. The purchase was made on July 22, 2024. She made several videos about how she received a ton of orders that day and it would take her a long time to process them since she works by herself and hand makes everything. I was fine with that and accepted that it would take a while to receive my stuff. I didnt receive anything until December 17, 2024. When I opened the package, there was only one item that I purchased. I reached out multiple times and several different ways since and Ive received no response about receiving the other items that I purchased or a refund of the missing items.

    Unfortunately I am unable to see her TikToks any more. It looks like I have been blocked. I have added the email that she sent that explains the long wait times. Please let me know if you need any additional support.

    I came across a video on tiktok with the creator of simplydani in distress and asking for help. She stated she sells custom bookmarks and would love if she can get some sells so that she wouldn't lose her home. I too have been in that situation being a single mom of two and at that moment I felt the need to help her. I placed an order from simplydani for 3 sets of bookmarks. Due to her video going viral she received more orders than she expected. She provided us updates on the wait for our orders in which we continued to wait for. I received one emailed response which i attached then the created updated videos on her tiktok which have now been deleted. In late November, her last video she stated all orders were just about completed and to provide your order number if you haven't received it and she'll reach out directly with an update. I provided that order number and never received a response. I've made multiple attempts to reach her without any success. The email that she provided an update from rejects any emails I send to her as well. I would just like my money back since she was unable to fulfill my order.

    Hello, I placed an order with SimplyDani on her website (*************************) July 2024. I still have not received my order nor can I get a response back from her. Ive tried several times. I may have only spent about $14 on her magnetic bookmarks, but it is unfair that I cant get what I paid for.

    In July after seeing one of the videos asking people for help, to purchase items from her store, because she was going through hard times, I felt compelled to order some items, to support her business, to help her and her family because I am a single mom too and I know things can get hard. I ordered a bookmark and a key chain. Couple months later I received an update saying that there was delay but all things will be mailed in November. I felt fine, there was communication. In December I still have not received my items and haven't received any emails with update, so I reached out by email she provided in her previous correspondence. I have not received an answer, Couple weeks later I reached out again - nothing. I commented on her videos on TIK TOK videos and messaged her there. She finally asked for my order number and said she will check and get that out. Still have not received an order or an update. Messaged her again, and again with no answer. I saw she was posting mailing Valentines day orders and I felt that orders placed in July should be priority over current orders. This is frustrating and upsetting and not a good look for her business. As well as it gives bad name to other small businesses. I noticed she also changed her name from simplydani to mini and modern. This is so disrespectful to everyone who tried to help her business and help her family.

    On 7/22/2024 made a purchase for PRE-ORDER | Spooky Studs 1 Pre-Order $14.99 with confirmation that I would be receiving my Halloween spooky earrings before Halloween (confirmation via her tiktok posts on preorders).Shop owner is VERY active on tiktok. Ive attempted to message her 3 times over MyStore, TIKTOK and email. She is non responsive. It has been about 6 months and she posted (a since removed) update on TikTok that shes overwhelmed and cant fulfill orders. I would simply like my money back. There have been hundreds of people attempting to get their items from her with no response or solution but she is more than willing to open up orders for valentines orders when I still havent received my money back or my Halloween order. I am frustrated and offended that she is scamming people and is a fraud.
