    I have the same opinion as Ed F below. They did a good job to make the sale, take your money and install, but when it comes to calling you back for a repair, you get crickets. We've been calling for well over a month and get the same response, the person just stepped out or no one is available at this time. You ask to speak to someone else, you get no one is there. We have multiple spots on our patio that the coating is coming off and it looks horrible. I have nothing good to say about this company.

    Please accept our apology for the delay in responding. Although we are running behind due to staffing issues, there is no excuse for poor communication. We absolutely stand behind our work and honor our warranty. As of this response, the repair has been scheduled.

    They did a good job of the install but zero response to service after the sale. Pinnacles sales pitch is they will repair when needed. We had a mishap and have a small repair job. After two months and multiple phone calls to them they have not scheduled a repair or even acknowledged our calls. It is obvious they are incompetent or just don’t care about meeting their promise of service after the sale. Either is unacceptable and reflects in their integrity as a company.
