    I am rejecting this response because:

    - This has been going on since March (9 months)

    - I have given numerous extensions including : 9/19 when he stated full payment 10/6-10/13. After that did not occur, he then asked for 10/31 which I accepted .  Then on 11/12 was told it would be that week or no later than the following . After that did not occur I was told 11/23 or 11/24.   Communication ended and Mr ***** did not return any messages or calls until I made my complaint with BBB. 

    Unfortunately, I have no trust that this money would be received due to the multiple promises that have not occurred. Therefore I am requesting the money immediately to be delivered to my mailbox (he is aware of the address).  If needed I will also be reaching out to the MHIC.

    October 11th, I attempted to contacted Stan ***** with no response .
    October 12th, I located, in person, Stan ***** and notified him I would be taking legal action against him.
    He then stated he would make a partial payment on October 13th and have the remainder paid in full by October 31st.
    10/13 - Stan ***** made a payment and receipt was given . Stan ***** stated it would be paid in full by 10/31.
    10/31 - he made a payment but stated he could not pay in full . Stan ***** stated he would pay the remainder by the week of Nov 12th and the latest would be Nov 19th.
    Attempts to collect the remaining balance and message Stan ***** on 11/22, 11/24, 11/30, 12/4 , 12/5 with no response and no money received at this time.
    I am requesting the full remainder of the balance immediately, or I will continue with my legal action against him and his business, Stan *****, Shore Craftsman LLC for theft.
    All correspondences , contracts, check deposited, receipts are attached.

    There were some additional delays outside of what I had previously explained and we are working on the solution.
