    On May the 31st on 2023 I talked to an artist at this shop and asked to set up an appointment by the name of ***** *********. He set an appointment for june the 9th. I was called by the shop to confirm. I called the morning of the appointment to confirm and I was told that the artist no longer worked there. I thanked the person and was going to end the call when this person corrected themselves and told me he was wrong. The artist was just suspended. I told them that I specifically wanted this artist for his ability to tattoo glow ink. My appointment was set for June the 15th at 11am. When I arrived I was greeted by another artist and told that Mikey was not there but I could have an appointment with any other artist available. I asked about the ink and was told no. He askes me up to reschedule again. I asked if he could verify that it would be with Mikey and was told they would call me. I did not receive a call. July 7 I sent an email to the company via their site. I did not receive a call or email back. On August 10th I called the shop and spoke to a young man and explained what had happened. He told me they generally did not give refunds. I told him that I booked specifically for this artist for the glow. Also that if they had an artist that could do it, I would be willing to come in. He said he would speak to his manager and **** me back. They did nor. On August 11th I messaged Mikey and asked him. He told me they had done this to several clients and I was probably not going to get my money back. I have since emailed them twice more. Once being last month. I told them that I would like to talk to someone or I would talk to BBB, yelp, ******** and anyone that would listen.
