      On 6/4 at approx. 4 pm, I called to request cancellation & requested a refund of fees charged. I sent a cancellation request on 2/21; however, I was advised the cancellation only applied to medical & none of the additional coverages I had & because I didn't request to cancel the others, I was still being charged. I requested a refund & was told they could refund one fee of $78.93 for June lab benefits but that's it.
      I spoke with Thomas and then his supervisor Derrick employee #**** He told me he doesn't report to anyone except a board & he's the only supervisor that works there. He refused to give me any contact info or names of someone else I could speak with. He gave me an email address and when I asked who would be reading the email he told me he would be reading it.
      When I attempted to get more info, Derrick was rude and condescending. He kept talking over me and repeating information. When disconnecting, I told him good luck with his ****** business and he replied "good luck with your ****** banking." I told him that was a great line considering he's on a recorded line. He bragged that he wasn't on a recorded line. I let him know I was recording the conversation. It's almost laughable except you now have my money for a service that I could never even use.
      No one in my area accepts any of this coverage DESPITE what I was told on the phone when I enrolled. I was told there was a vast network of doctors that accept the coverage. THIS IS WRONG - NO ONE DOES!
      I would love a refund for any charges occurring since February for ************, ********, Vision (didn't get the name), & *************. The dental & vision insurance is offered through this company. I will also be filing complaints with ************ & ************* since they are doing business with this company, have unclear practices & VERY unkind staff.
      It's a shame that this company was recommended by our government. Shows no one has a clue what's happening to their customers!
