      I took my 2013 Honda to Burnett-White they replaced a starter, approximately 2 months after the part failed again, they replaced the part at no cost to me. At approximately 2 months after that the part failed again I had the car towed there on a Friday, the following Wednesday my car had still not been looked at. Me and my wife had made a couple of phone calls to check on the status of the vehicle and where told that they were busy and not able to check it yet. I stopped on Wednesday afternoon seeking an explanation. The owner was extremely impolite towards me raising her voice various times and telling me she would not replace a third started without further testing. I tole her i did not appreciate the tone and she told me it was her business and she talked to people the way she wanted in her business. After an hour they called my wife and told her the car was ready, and we only had to pay the difference in parts (since now conveniently they found that the previous starter was not the right one), but when I went to pick up the car I was also charged for labor. My wife was treated with way more respect than me during this process, and now looking at some of the reviews minorities like me don't get treated the same there. I would like to know why they are unable to select the correct part the first time, and would like my money back for the labor, charged unjustly.
