      I hired James ****** of Beaver Tree Service to Cut Down Approximately 40 Leland Cypress Trees. The agreement included Cutting up the trees, Halling them away and to Grind the stumps. James ****** himself said that the stumps would be ground down to 6 to 7 inches below ground level. His crew was working in wet weather. The stumps were ground down, but they were only ground down to approximately 1 to 4 inches ABOVE ground level and they piled wood chips on top of the stumps to hide them. He promised me that they would come back in a few days once the ground dried up a bit and grind the stumps down the way they were supposed to be done. I also notified him that I have SEVERAL OIL SPOTS on my paved driveway from his equipment. I paid him the agreed upon price of $5,500.00 on 4/1/24. I left him several messages on his cell phone since that time and today is 5/3/24. I have not heard from him since I paid him. I highly recommend that you DO NOT hire BEAVER TREE SERVICE to do any work of any kind. His Business address is 1301 S. Division St. Sal. Md. 21804. Go look at the Disheveled exterior of his Office as well as his Old Equipment stored in the back yard. His equipment broke down a few times in my driveway and leaked some kind of fluid (Probably Oil) in over 20 spots on my paved driveway.
