    The company had shipped a Television for me which had gotten damaged in the process. They had agreed to ship another television with no shipping charge as a replacement for the damage. They company came and picked the TV and some other boxes with audio equipment, books, power tools, other TV’s, and some other stuff in July 2022. They had said they were not able to give me the price to ship the other boxes and TV boxes since the individual in charge was not around but he will pick it up and when he comes Back he would tell me the price. When he came back, he sent me a document that inaccurately broke down the cost and said that some boxes were damaged and that I should come and repack, I was looking at options on how to repack, and questioning why my boxes would have become damaged, at that point I informed him to only ship the TV that was a replacement for the previously shipped damaged TV, he then sent me another message saying I should pay for the boxes that had been shipped. I had not instructed him to ship any other boxes or okayed any cost. He then said he had returned the contents of three boxes of what should be seven boxes and 3 TV’s. The contents were received from him by someone on my behalf, the contact from the company said that he is still keeping one of the boxes but has shipped the three TV’s and two boxes. I have not received the TV he was supposed to ship or have they returned the Boxes and TV’s he claimed to have shipped.
