      Regarding Work Periods 4/1/2024 - 5/14/2024 Director ***** **** of Metropolitan Protective Services scheduled me, ****** ******** for employment as a full-time MD Ballot Box Monitor. A Program Manager, Mr. ******** drafted a contract for 16 hours work schedule. I admitted, I was in the process of completing legal steps to become a DC *** licensed through the District of ******************************** Licensing and Professions and I was obligated to seek employment and education to comply with an out-of-state, Florida child support order being enforced by ************************************************************ and MD Office of Child Support Enforcement, supported by Prince ******* County Main St. Courthouse, on behalf of The State of Maryland. I was told only Ballot Monitor positions were available, paying *****, below the *** average for ************** Officers of $26.50. My personal vehicle was damaged. I was referred to Metropolitan Protective Services (MPS) by DC *** ******* ****. I was contacted by Mr. ****** relative ****** ****** who was offering a quid pro quo" letter of recommendation, if I took over his posting at **************** in ************* which he was working under another license other than MPS. I was periodically pressured and called by Mr. ******* most recently 11/22/2024, for refusing assignment to The Woodner Apartments located at ************************************ under *** ******* ******* prior to transfer of the *** license to MPS, as I was successfully processed within DCLP under Strong Arm Security. Contrary to MD Annotated Code Subtitle 3 SS ****** through ******* the issuance of a firearm and *** uniform by MPS officer ******** Kawsika ******" post-training 11/22/2024 showing an overall disregard for County, ********* Federal and National policing standards.
