    Once again Tony of Carson Plumbing saved the day. With a leak discovered last Saturday, we were thrilled that Tony was able to get us on his schedule for the day. He arrived early, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the leak. He explained what had happened and what he did to resolve it. Paul, Tony and the entire Carson Plumbing team are incredibly prompt, experts of their tradecraft and always a pleasure to talk to. They keep us apprised of their progress and are entirely sanitary with shoe covers, plastic on the floor, they are focused and always accomplish their mission. We are grateful to have them so close to our home and have shared their contact information with all of our neighbors. Nice job team!

    Paul and his team at Carson Plumbing have proven time and time again to be the plumbers of choice in Anne Arundel county and the surrounding areas. I have worked with Paul for several years as plumbing issues have arisen in my home and always find his services to be knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. As a Realtor, it is imperative to have a strong network of contractors and after using several others in the past, I now exclusively refer Paul to my clients in need of plumbing services. Each of the 15+ clients that I have referred to Paul have been thrilled with the work performed and fairness of fees.

    The first time we used them, they were great. Replaced a bunch of valves and faucets in three of our bathrooms. They were professional, fast, and reasonably priced. So, when the valve under our kitchen sink needed replacing, we didn't hesitate to call them. Everything was the same until they charged us: $295 to replace one valve and run the dishwasher to make sure it wasn't leaking. For less than 35 minutes of work, it was pretty outrageous. And when I emailed the owner, Paul, to send us a detailed invoice -- hoping for some kind of explanation -- he blew us off. We had thought that we had finally found a reliable, trustworthy plumbing company, but this experience was really disappointing.
